Collection

At our auctions, the buyer is responsible for dismantling and collecting the auctioned items from the auction site. The buyer is responsible for the removal and transportation of all auctioned lots, as well as all related components and accessories. The buyer is free to carry out the collection and any required dismantling himself or, if necessary, to commission a third party to do so. You can see from the lot description whether the disassembly of a machine or system is necessary. Please also note that we cannot guarantee the provision of loading aids and lifting equipment, such as pallet trucks and forklifts.

The collection must take place within the specified collection times exclusively after prior appointment with the on-site contact and on presentation of the obligatory collection note. The specific details for each auction, such as location, possible time slots for collection and contact information can be found in the details of the respective auction on our website https://www.lagerwerk.auction/en/auction/ as well as in the Special Auction Terms and Conditions published as PDF file. On the day of collection, you or your appointed service provider will require a collection note. The collection note we will send you this by e-mail after the complete payment has been received.

We have been working successfully for years with various partners from the fields of freight forwarding, special transport or logistics and, if required, we will gladly recommend companies for the dismantling and transport of your auctioned items at the respective auction location.

If you hire a service provider for the collection of your items, we will gladly support you in providing all available information, such as dimensions, weights or special features, which are required for the transport or the handling of customs formalities. The assignment of the transport or export is exclusively done by the buyer himself.
