A metal tube winding machine is a machine that is used to wind metal tubes. These cores can be made of different metals such as aluminium or steel. The metal core coiler consists of an uncoiler that unwinds the metal strip and passes it through a series of rollers to form it into the desired shape. The sleeve is then wound onto a spindle and fixed in place. The machine of this series is designed for automatic waste-free production of rolls, cores and other cylindrical rolled articles. Only strip material is used for processing.
